Broken

The unit was broken on delivery and it's currently a brick on my desk. I am waiting for a new light fitting and motherboard to be delivered. Maybe the review will change once I am able to actually cut/engrave something.

Went together great no problems until i started it up and then when the head went to the home position it sounded like a train , it was that noisy. Hope that the warranty is good?

Love the Falcon pro 2 but....

I love the Creality falcon pro 2, it's a very easy and extremely capable machine .
However the only issue which isn't huge is the SD card that comes with decided it wasn't happy so all the files I needed to set up with lightburn ie the lbdev. File was lost meaning I cannot do a full setup and finding that files online is next to impossible .
Could you please send me that file Creality and then I'm very happy . Everything else is really great

Falcon2 Pro 22W - Excellent!

Had the Falcon2 Pro 22W for a few weeks now, very happy with the device. Camera connection port was broken on delivery, support sent a replacement part in no time. Excellent overall.
