Shipping Time and Rules

We typically take 1-3 business days to prepare your products before shipping. However, some items may take 7-10 business days to process due to stock availability limitations.
For items listed for pre-sale,please refer to the shipping date specified the individual product page.
Standard Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer.
Our system will send you an email notification once your parccel has been dispatched We strive to ship all items in an order together whenever possible. Howeveer, we may choose to split your order into multiple packages to ensure that you get your items faster. In such cases,you will receive a separate tracking number for each package. Rest assured tihat even if we send your order in multiple packages, you will not be chargd more than the shipping cost you were given during checkout If you encounter any issues with your package(s), please contact us withirn 180 days of making your purchase. We will respond to your inquiry within 1 business day.

Delivery and Shipping Fee


1. Shipping Country/Region Australia; New Zealand (except remote areas);
2. Orders are dispatched within 1-3 days of placement.
3. Depending on local transportation conditions, customers can expect to receive their packages within 2-4 business days. Orders from Australia will be shipped by AU Post, TOLL and Fastway depending on the weight and size of the products.
4. In the event of stock shortages or lost packages, we will proactively contact the affected customers to provide updates and resolutions.

This policy aims to provide a reliable and efficient shipping experience while maintaining open communication with our customers in case of any issues.

1. Orders with a total purchase amount of A$69.99 or more will qualify for free shipping.
2. For orders below the A$69.99 threshold, a flat shipping fee of A$9.99 per order will be applied, regardless of the weight or number of items in the order.

This policy simplifies the shipping process by applying a consistent fee structure based solely on the total order value, rather than on the weight or quantity of individual items.

5. Shipments that are confiscated or disposed of due to a violation of transportation regulations.

6. Mail and packages cannot be delivered to the consignee’s address during weekends, national holidays, and festivals.

7. The consignee address is a school, unit, or residential community where the courier has no access.

1. Tariff: Falcon will pay for all the tariffs. Our customers do not need to pay any tariff fees. If you are charged tariff fees by customs, please contact us for help or reimbursement. (au.support@crealityfalcon.com).

2. GST/VAT/HST and other fees: We collect GST according to the local policy of your shipping place and you can see the details on your order. After completing your order, you do not need to pay GST to customs or local authorities. If you are charged with GST by customs or local authorities, please contact us for help or reimbursement. Order and Logistics Tracking

After the order is shipped, you will receive a notification email or SMS containing the waybill number (you need to confirm SMS notifications when placing the order). You can click the link and skip to the express company’s official website to check your package shipment status.
