a bit more information about what you get when you purchase would be good

Apart from a very small amount of easy assembly, it's almost completely pre-assembled and ready to use right out of the box. Works seamlessly with Lightburn software. Be patient though, delivery is slow and communication inaccurate on delivery status.

Otherwise highly recommend this product.

I'll keep in mind that I bought this on a 45%-off sale.

Positives: This laser engraver is extremely efficient at cutting and engraving on a diverse range of materials. It can work on wood, plywood, metal, stone and even more versatile things like fabrics and plant leaves.

Negatives: Unlike it's later releases from Creality Falcon, the enclosure, honeycomb and other accessories have to be bought separately. I reccommend getting the enclosure and honeycomb at least. Otherwise, you'll be getting burnt smells, smoke and unhealthy fumes filling the room. The enclosure was hard to setup without using physical force to cover the laser engraver fully. But once it's on, it stays for good, which is what we want.

All in all, 9/10 product!

Great product,all set and ready to engrave

Good product but poor after sales service

first time laser user, so limited ability for comparison - but the creality falcon2 does seem to have a very nice build quality to the gantry frame and is beginner friendly with the unit already shipped mostly ready to go out of the box. I will say that i did find an issue wih making sure the x axis gantry arm is square to the frame, this does seem to be a very common issue but also easily correctable. i would recommend the enclosure for this machine however the venilation fan is woefully inadequate to do any real work at extracting the fumes. a comptuer fan just doesn't cut it so you would have to infest in something beefier in my opinion.
the unit comes at a nice pricepoint when on sale, and i found there are a few good accessory options as well, hopefully these will expanded on such as an extension frame etc down the track. would have been good if the unit came with the full scale honeycomb but this was purchased seperately. note: the honeycomb bed also has no positioning reference measurement markings etc so you have to do this part yourself or work out another thing like a wasteboard.

overall a good impression, value for money when compared to the operational capabilities of some similar machines on the market.
